2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, authentication credentials (Google or email/password).
• Resume content: the professional information, documents and videos you choose to upload or record.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics on profile views and section engagement, used to show you how recruiters interact with your profile.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service: hosting your resume, generating your PDF, streaming your videos, sharing your profile under the visibility settings you choose.
• To process payments and manage your plan (legal basis: contract performance).
• To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To send product updates you have opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time (legal basis: consent).

4. Visitor analytics

When someone views your public profile, we record anonymized events (view, section seen). We never reveal a visitor's identity to you or anyone else without that visitor's explicit consent.

5. AI processing

Resume content may be processed by AI models to provide rewriting, coaching and matching features. Your content is used solely to deliver these features to you — never to train models, and never shared with other users.

6. Storage and security

Your data is hosted in the European Union on encrypted infrastructure. Videos are stored privately and served through secure, expiring links — they cannot be downloaded by viewers unless you allow it. Access to data is restricted to what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your resumes, videos and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where a longer retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records for payments).

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@mba-france.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
