1. Who we are

Upseen is operated by MBA, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered in France under SIREN 879 643 625, with its registered office at 23 rue de Clairvaux, 95160 Montmorency, France (EU VAT: FR06879643625). Contact: info@mba-france.com.

2. The service

Upseen lets you create a professional resume with AI assistance, export it as an ATS-friendly PDF, publish it as an interactive profile with optional video capsules, and share it through a link or QR code. The AI never invents achievements, figures, employers or qualifications — it works only from the information you provide, and you approve every change.

3. Your account and content

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential.
• You retain full ownership of your resume content and videos. You grant us a limited license to host and display them solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your resume. Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights.
• You may delete your content or account at any time by contacting us.

4. Plans and payment

• Free (€0): AI resume creation, public link, QR code and PDF export. No video features.
• Upseen Boost (€4.99): full interactive features — video capsules, video script coach, job matching, recruiter analytics, no badge — for 3 months from purchase.
• Upseen Lifetime (€9.99, one-time): all interactive features for the lifetime of the service, including future features.
• Prices are in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider.
• Refund policy: in accordance with French consumer law, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@mba-france.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping, no attempt to access other users' data, no uploading of malware, no impersonation, and no use of Upseen to distribute misleading or fraudulent applications. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Upseen helps you present your profile but does not guarantee employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
